Dispatch and delivery options

Shipping time frames
Our worker bees are busy processing your orders, this can take 2-3 business days. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times are currently 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders.

If the item(s) in your order are declared as dangerous goods, for example aerosol(s), they require some extra special care when packaging. Please note that these orders may take longer to be sorted and therefore there could be a delay of 1-4 business days to be delivered.

Please note:

  • Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled.
  • eGift cards and service bookings/fees do not contribute to minimum spend for free shipping.
  • Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change.
  • You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Beauty Loop Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Wild Ferns reasonable control.
  • Online orders are processed and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand and so we follow any New Zealand Public Holidays.

International Shipping

We are happy to be able to provide our loyal customers with worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are currently 5-10 business days for International Shipping.

Orders placed on wildferns.com.au can only be delivered within Australia and orders placed on wildferns.co.nz can be delivered within New Zealand and and Internationally. Please see below for the International Shipping Zones available.

Unfortunately not all products are available to be shipped to all locations but our Customer Care team can advise any restrictions.

Any customs, taxes or import duties that may be incurred or charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country, are the responsibility and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As this is applied in the country of receipt, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise you in advance of any duty which maybe charged. Should you choose not to pay these, goods will be destroyed and no refunds are applicable.
