Returns policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Wild Ferns purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • For a Refund - the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition.
  • For an Exchange or online store credit - the product returned can be lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including online order confirmation).

How to make a return

VIA POST

1. Check that you meet the above return conditions.

2. Find your order/number.

  • It can be found on your confirmation/shipment email.

3. Please contact our Customer Experience Team on +64 9 825 1005 and we'll help you to place the return.

4. Package your items securely and drop off your return at your local Post Office. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note: returns are at the expense of the customer.

Consumer Guarantees

We will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee
contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing on this site is to be
construed as a recommendation to use any particular product.

Neither Wild Ferns nor any of its affiliates, directors, officers, or employees assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials in
this web site. Wild Ferns endeavours to ensure that the information in this
website is accurate and current, but does not accept liability for any error or
omission.

Privacy

Wild Ferns is committed to protecting your privacy. You may be asked to provide valid photo identification when returning a product so that we can record your name, address and other identification details. The Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Act 2020) collected will be stored and used in accordance with the Wild Ferns Privacy Policy.
